Refunds/credits/cancellations

CONSUMER LAWS state Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, and flowers,etc  however we will consider your complaint and must receive a picture depicting the damage or issue for your delivery, via text to 0434 379218 or email asapflowersaustralia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, food and flowers and plants  is not returnable for food safety etc purposes. Allow 48 hrs for us to review and resolve your complaint . by law we are not required to refund for change of mind, wrong colour or wrong size. If you buy in-store, once flowers, food, plants leave store we are unable to offer refund for change of mind.  Again send a pic within 24 hours depicting the complaint and we will definitely consider the issue to find resolution either credit or refund.
Cancellation fees apply,I F YOU NEED TO CANCEL, fees vary depending on stage of order is at - 1. if order payment processed only - $16.50 or 20% whichever the lesser processing fee, 2. if flowers are cut and constructed with card, 60% cancel fee, 3. if flowers have left the warehouse no cancellation available as we still have to pay courier and may not be able to resell- at higher volume times like the week of Valentines, Mothers Day & Christmas, 

 

PRIVACY

We have policies and checks in place to protect your information and privacy. All staff are trained in this regard, no order will be discussed with anyone unless we can identify you as the sender This site is a secure site with SSL certificate and managed by a team of experts. Credit card details are not stored unless you give permission.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE
DUE TO LIQUOUR LICENCING LAWS - You must be 18 years and over to SEND and receive alcohol, proof of ID may be requested on delivery, alcohol cannot be supplied as a stand alone product and must accompany another non-alcoholic gift.
PRICE CHANGES ; We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without notice, and our trading hours are subject to change, however we will honour any existing prepaid orders
DELIVERY FEES; We are a SAME DAY delivery service of fresh flowers WORLDWIDE Occasionally delivery fee will need an adjustment as it is an outer area, we would ring or text you. EG outer areas, interstate or interntional
TIME ZONES ; If sender is "out of Australia time zone" place order at least 48 hrs prior, to allow for time differences and slowed communications due to time differences. All times stated on site are QLD time
HIGH VOLUME TIMES;  During high volume days eg Mothers Day ,Valentines & Christmas  etc communications could be effected so we ask you to remain patience if waiting on a response, we will respond once read, if no response we have not read!!!  
ORDER CUT OFFS:  If your Order arrives after cut off time and/or there is a lag with system and we don’t physically receive before cut off, or we sell out at that exact moment,  it will automatically  leave next business day .  If you leave out delivery date we automatically  assume it’s a same day delivery so as not to miss next Couriers,  CARD MESSAGE; if no message left, an “no message left” will be on your card so as not to hold up your order .

NOT AT HOME;  If recipient is out at time of delivery, we will leave at door, out of site where possible and take a pic, AND CALL OR TEXT recipient, we do not take responsibility of flowers go missing once delivered. We do not take responsibility for third party deliveries once your gift has been left eg receptions, nurses stations, with other staff members etc. then we take no further responsibility . Rural properties and apartment blocks the drivers are paid to deliver to gate or main entrance.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - your order will be delivered on the next Courier on next business day UNLESS THE SITE STATES WE ARE OPEN FOR DELIVERIES
